Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Personal care items (if opened or used)
• Final sale items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for assistance.
